InnerLoop AI OÜ ("InnerLoop AI", "we", "us") is an Estonian company (Reg. 17514938) based in Tallinn, Estonia. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Which form you submitted (e.g. hero or footer CTA)
• The timestamp of your submission
• A record that you gave consent to be contacted

We do not collect names, IP addresses, cookies, or analytics data on this site.

We use your email solely to notify you about early access to InnerLoop AI and to share occasional product updates related to the waitlist you joined. We do not use it for marketing of unrelated products, profiling, or automated decision-making.

We process your email on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the waitlist form after being shown this policy. You can withdraw consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Your data is stored in our backend infrastructure hosted on Supabase within the European Union. Access is restricted to InnerLoop AI founders.

We keep your email until product launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. After that, your data is permanently deleted.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that operate our backend (Supabase and Lovable), acting as data processors under written agreements. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon — aki.ee)

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
